Ferrier loses Vauxhall drive

Youngster Tom Ferrier's hopes of driving an Astra in this year's BTCC have been brought crashing to the ground by "sponsorship clashes". The news comes just days before the deadline for driver registration for the championship (1st March), and leaves Ferrier looking for another seat in the BTCC, or alternatively elsewhere in Europe.
