Barwell Motorsport successfully completed several days of testing at the 2.5 mile Circuito de Velocidad, near Cartagena in South East Spain this week. Currently the team's only confirmed driver, 16 year old Tom Chilton, put the car through its paces over a total distance of more than 1000km. He was joined by current McLaren F1 test driver, Chris Goodwin, for some of the time in the team's second Vauxhall Astra Coupe.

Chilton took advantage of the opportunity to get to know the car, and span just once over the course of the five days. The pair will continue the team's pre-season test programme, with the next stop being the Thruxton circuit in Hampshire.
