GREEN FLAG BTCC CONTENDERS SET TO ROCK 'N ROLL AT CHICAGO ROCK CAFE IN COVENTRY

Drivers and teams competing in the Green Flag 2002 MSA British Touring Car Championship are all set to party on Thursday 19 September at Coventry's Chicago Rock Café, ahead of the nail-biting grand finale at Donington Park on Sunday 22 September.

As overall Green Flag BTCC honours are still up for grabs, the BFGoodrich© Tires supported knees-up will provide a welcome diversion for the BTCC teams and drivers from the anticipated weekend trials and tribulations on track. And there will be some serious pre-race action in store for all party-goers.

Championship contender and Egg Sport driver Matt Neal will be present on the night, along with former Page 3 girl, Jo Guest. Jo will be part of a jaw-dropping stunt display with Terry Grant and the MG XPower Precision Driving Team - featuring the BF Goodrich© Tyres TVR Tamora and the MG XPower Legend. There will also be the opportunity to meet young gun Gareth Howell, who is a leading contender for Team Atomic Kitten, and to get a closer look at his fabulous MG ZS race car.

But the highlight of the night will undoubtedly be the chance to take home one of a plethora of 'money can't buy' motorsport experiences. One of these amazing prizes is for a member of the public to be treated to VIP hospitality for the Green Flag BTCC Donington race meeting, including a personal pit tour with the MG Sport and Racing Team and laps in the Official Pace Car! There is also the incredible opportunity to play an active part in the MG XPower Precision Driving Team display at Donington - and the chance to become a member of the BF Goodrich© Tyres technical team, where the lucky winner will get to work on the BTCC race cars in the pits! The grand prix of the night will be the chance to become a Grid Girl - or Grid Boy - for Vauxhall Motorsport at Donington. If that is not enough to get the adrenalin pumping, Codemasters has joined the fray and is throwing 25 of the brand new TOCA Race Driver Playstation games plus TOCA Race Driver wallets into the competition melting pot.

The event kicks off at 6pm at the Chicago Rock Café, Coventry and places are limited so an early arrival is recommended.
