Toca have confirmed that they intend for the Touring and Production classes of the BTCC to remain together for the 2003 season.

Both classes will run together in all races, qualifying and free practice sessions during the 2003 season unless specified otherwise by the series organisers.

Previous speculation had suggested that the two classes may be split if the grid sizes looked likely to make running them at the track at the same time unworkable.
