Work on Team PSP's new Proton Impian racer for 2003 is going well, according to lead driver David Leslie.

"We learned a great deal last year and the lads are hard at work building our experience into a new car", said Leslie.

"We've got continuity in the driver line-up and a great team behind us, so we'll be looking for more podiums and our first win this year," he said.

Peter Gillitzer, Sporting & Technical Advisor to Team PSP said: "I won't be based in the UK for 2003 - Team PSP are big boys now! I am continuing as advisor to David Wong, with the Team Petronas touring car teams in the Southern hemisphere as well as Team PSP in the UK."

Team PETRONAS Syntium Proton is running two cars in the 2003 British Touring Car Championship with drivers David Leslie and Phil Bennett.
