Neal and Shedden confirmed at Honda

After revealing a striking new livery at this week's Oulton Park test, the Team Dynamics-run outfit has confirmed its driver line-up for the forthcoming season. Neal's return to the team run by his father had been widely predicted during the winter months. Shedden spent three full seasons with Team Dynamics from 2006-2008, taking ten wins in the process, but found himself without a drive following the opening round of the 2009 campaign when he was replaced by James Thompson.
Steve Neal, Team Dynamics Team Principal, said: "Team Dynamics and Honda have a huge heritage, it's the brand that we won two championships back to back with and it's great to get the support of Honda (UK) which is backing a car that’s built in Britain."
Speaking to btccpages.com at Oulton Park this week, Neal Sr also said: "This isn't a works or manufacturer team for sure. They are our cars that we have paid for and done the development work on and our contribution has been very substantial. We are still finalising the main sponsorship on the car and while we are grateful to Honda for making a contribution towards it, it's no greater contribution than they have made in previous years.
"Honda are supporting us to a degree in combination with a programme of entertainment we introduced together with them last year – the Question of Motorsport we did at dealerships. It's been very popular and I think it's the only way to get 300 people into a dealership at the moment! It's a good show and they want to exploit that. There are various divisions within the Honda UK organisation who have made contributions towards this effort of ours."
