From round 11 onwards, Synchro Motorsport driver James Jaye will carry an additional 30kg of ballast at all times. The success ballast has been introduced by Toca in an attempt to prevent one driver from dominating, similar to the ballast applied to the four works Astra Coupes in 2001. Kaye's team-mate Dabe Allan will not carry the additional ballast at this stage.
