Anthony Reid: "It's a brand new car and WSR have done a great. We've got some good solid points. The car's not capable of winning yet, but it's getting there. It can still go quicker. I managed to steer clear of most of the trouble in that race, and there was some pretty idiotic driving out there."

Yvan Muller: "I was easily the leader before the pit stops but when I came back out I had traffic ahead of me so I lost time. Plus I was very conservative because of blowing a tyre in the Sprint Race. Then when I was behind Thompson I pushed for a few laps but then I decided to lift off and I radioed to the pits and told them to tell Thompson that I was backing off because I felt a vibration in the front axle because I'd rather be second than nothing."

James Thompson: "I started way back down the grid and I had to get past slow cars as quickly as possible. And then the turning point in the race was when I pitted and came out ahead of Yvan and he got slowed down by traffic. I'm really pleased with the result. The team did a great job to change the engine in a short space of time and set the car up differently so we didn't get a puncture. Yvan and I raced for a couple of laps but then slowed the pace so as not to get a puncture. We got a Vauxhall 1-2 and that's valuable, as I don't think we are going to have it all our own way and while we've got it we've got to capitalise on it. I've never won from last before!!"

Rob Collard: "On the way up to Druids at the start, Fullalove got past me, but then he went out. I pushed hard but then I lost the advantage each time the safety car came out. It's really really good to see how well the car has gone. I'm absolutely delighted. This is where we should have been last year. There's still more to come from the car, but we're going to need to be quick to catch Kaye and Fullalove."
