Driver Quotes
Mark Fullalove: "I got a bit boxed in off the line and dropped to fourth. After that I settled down and waited for an opportunity. Fortunately one came up and I was able to get past Simon and Spencer in one go. The car was going well and Iam really pleased. It's good to get a podium finish, but James [Kaye] was too hard to catch."
Alan Blencowe: "I had a good race with no damage. There was nothing out of the ordinary. I was fifth for a long time, and I was happy to sit where I was. I only actually had to make one move on Simon to finish where I did. I think I saved my tyres well and that's why I had an advantage to wards the end of the race."
Warren Hughes: "I was a bit worried that Anthony [Reid] would make life difficult for me, but he just gave me enough room. Once I got past Tim Harvey it wasn't really too bad. I just had to try not to make mistakes, and make the positions stick. James [Thompson] was very close towards the end. He touched me at the last corner, but I stayed ahead."
James Kaye: The start was a bit poor as I got held up by some of the tourers in front of me. Coming down to the hairpin there was the usual banging and crashing and a couple of cars disappeared which allowed myself and Norman Simon in the BMW to make a lead. I got passed him and the car was just really good all the way through the race. There is so much potential in the car and this weekend we really wanted to finish the race a gain data so winning was fanastic!
