VX Racing's Yvan Muller overcame a full load of success ballast to take victory in both races at Thruxton, extending his championship lead over James Thompson to 20 points. Paul O'Neill also impressed, taking two more podium finishes and consolidating his third spot in the standings. Tom Boardman dominated the Production class, taking maximum points from the weekend and scoring the first victory with the Peugeot 307.
