Rounds 25 & 26 & 27 @ Snetterton

BTCC 2004 - Rounds 25, 26 & 27 @ Snetterton
Muller & Thompson remain locked together at the top

James Thompson, Luke Hines and Robert Huff left Snetterton with race wins in rounds 25, 26 & 27 respectively. Thompson has now stolen the championship lead away from his VX Racing teammate Yvan Muller, holding a four point advantage with just three races to run at the final meeting of the season at Donington Park. Anthony Reid still has a mathematical chance of claiming the honours, but his chances are much stronger in the Independents Cup, which he currently leads.
