BTCC 2005 Finale - Rounds 28, 29 & 30 @ Brands Hatch
Matt Neal - 2005 Dunlop MSA BTCC Champion

Matt Neal has been crowned 2005 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Champion following the final meeting of the season at Brands Hatch. Neal's third place finish in race two was enough to wrap up the title as VX Racing's Yvan Muller failed to score after the pair clashed just before the halfway point in the race. Neal was greeted in the pitlane by an ecstatic Team Halfords crew, which included father Steve and mother Diane. See below for full report and reactions.
