Mike Jordan thrilled thousands of onlookers during the special ‘BTCC Live: Edinburgh’ event on the streets of the historic city on Thursday evening (31 August).

The event was arranged to promote the weekend’s Scottish rounds of the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship at the nearby Knockhill circuit, and featured cars from all the leading BTCC teams, including Team Eurotech.

In a stunning setting beneath the famous castle, Mike drove his John Guest ands Pirtek backed Honda Integra Cup in a series of demonstrations runs on the section of closed public roads, to the delight of the big crowd.

“It’s a great chance to show the cars to the fans,” said Mike, as he signed countless autographs. “It’s a very good event for our sponsors and we’re taking the BTCC to a lot of people who’ve not seen these cars before.”

Mike and team will now turn their attention to this weekend’s thee races at the Knockhill circuit, just a few miles from Edinburgh.
