BTCC 2009 at Brands HatchNeal, Collard and Plato take Brands Hatch wins

BTCC 2009 at Brands Hatch VX Racing's Matt Neal has emerged as the early leader of the 2009 HiQ MSA British Touring Car Championship after scoring a win and two further podium finishes at Brands Hatch. Rob Collard took the first BTCC win for local team Airwaves BMW, before Jonny Adam looked to have repeated the feat, only to be demoted for tapping Jason Plato at Paddock Hill Bend. That left Plato with a remarkable win, just days after confirming his entry into the championship. See below for full results and reports.
