Synchro motorsport has a unique background. Formed in 1994 for Honda employees to develop their technical skills - the team has gone from strength to strength. Keen to promote the products of the Swindon manufacturing plant, the team personnel consists of staff from the factory. Last year, the team entered into the BTCC Production arena with a Honda Accord, driven by Dave Allan. This year sees the team running a Honda Civic Type R, with Allan retaining his seat and being joined by last years Production class runner-up, James Kaye.
