| This exciting new Independent team sees the motorsport and the music industries unite. Sponsored by successful girl band, Atomic Kitten, Team Atomic Kitten will contest the 2002 season using the WSR prepared cars that Warren Hughes and Anthony Reid raced in the latter rounds of the 2001 season. Although the team will receive promotional support from MG Sport and Racing, it is strictly an Independent entry.
The girls from Atomic Kitten will be present at a selction of BTCC events during the season, and are keen to give the Team Atomic Kitten drivers, Gareth Howell and Colin Turkington, their full support.
