| After an impressive debut season which saw David Leslie take the newly developed Impian to the second step of the podium, Team PSP once again field a two-car line-up for the 2003 season. The Malaysian marque will be looking to take its maiden BTCC race victory this year, with development still ongoing.
Team Petronas has previously raced in Malaysian and Asian saloon car events, achieving siginifcant championship success and over 80 wins. During 1999 & 2000, the team participated in the South Sfrican Touring Car Championship (SATCC) with Opel South Africa.
