| Continuing their association with Honda, Synchro Motorsport switches to the touring class version of the Civic Type-R in 2003, with a single entry for James Kaye. Taking an ex-Arena Motorsport car, the team will be out to prove that it can get to grips with its biggest challenge to date.
Synchro Motorsport was founded in 1994 as a club team for Honda UK employees to gain product knowlege and 'hands-on' engineering experience. Based at the Honda UK Headquarters in Swindon, all work is carried out in the employees own spare time. Since its inception, the team has also successfully run Hondas in the Production Saloon Car Championship, the Saloon 2000 Championship and the National Saloon Car Cup.
